PlayerProps.ai Brand Ambassador Terms of Service

Welcome to the PlayerProps.ai Brand Ambassador Program (the “Program”). By signing up as an ambassador, you (“Ambassador,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Program Overview

PlayerProps.ai (“Company,” “we,” or “our”) offers Ambassadors the opportunity to earn a 50% lifetime commission on subscription revenue generated through their unique referral link. Commissions are paid for as long as the referred customer maintains a paid subscription with PlayerProps.ai.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.

You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

Participation is void where prohibited by law.

3. Referral Links & Tracking

Upon acceptance, you will receive a unique referral link and dashboard.

All signups and purchases tracked through your referral link will be credited to you.

Tracking is handled by third-party affiliate software. We are not responsible for tracking failures due to user error, browser settings, or ad blockers.

4. Commission Structure

Ambassadors earn 35% lifetime commission on net subscription revenue from referred users.

Commissions are calculated after discounts, refunds, and chargebacks.

Payouts will be issued monthly once the minimum threshold of 2 different premium referred users is met.

5. Ambassador Responsibilities

You may promote PlayerProps.ai via social media, blogs, websites, email, or other approved channels.

Prohibited activities:

Spam, unsolicited bulk email, or automated messaging.

Misleading, false, or deceptive claims about PlayerProps.ai.

Paid ads bidding directly on PlayerProps.ai trademarks.

Content that promotes underage or irresponsible gambling.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising and gambling regulations in your jurisdiction.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time for violation of these Terms.

If terminated for cause (fraud, abuse, violation of policies), outstanding commissions may be forfeited.

7. Relationship of Parties

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.

8. Limitation of Liability

PlayerProps.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.
